Leveraging Thought Leadership in Your Region
Community Hospital 100 Regional Roundtables bring small groups of C-suite level executives from non-competing hospitals together to strategize about how they can remain integral to the health of their communities. The discussions will focus on the key roles and competencies of the community hospital in the context of upcoming models of care.

Welcome to Community Hospital 100
Our mission is to help lead the future of health in our communities by educating and connecting community hospital leadership. The centerpiece of this group is an annual leadership conference, which is complemented by additional knowledge-sharing activities throughout the year.
2012 Community Hospital
Leadership & Strategy Conference October 14–16, 2012 | Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain, Tucson, Arizona
Community Hospital 100 invites you to participate in this inspiring executive program dedicated to peer-to-peer conversations and insights. Leaders representing 100 community hospitals will come together for superior relationships, focused education, and an unmatched overall experience.
Who Attends
Community Hospital 100 is for CEOs, Presidents, Administrators, CFOs, COOs, CNOs and CMOs from hospitals with 300 or fewer beds. Attendance is limited to 100 hospitals. A limited number of spaces are available for the executive management of Community Hospital Systems.
Community Hospital 100 Launches Provider Network
The Community Hospital 100 Network will essentially be a “best practices potluck” — something our board members suggested will be valuable to fellow executives looking to optimize their community hospital's performance.
The Network is complimentary and will renew each year on a complimentary basis for attendees of the Community Hospital 100 annual conference. Next year's conference is Oct. 14–16 in Tucson, AZ.
Once we know what you want to learn and contribute, we will then personally match you with fellow participants who can help you, or vice versa. When appropriate, we will go as far as scheduling the initial teleconference between you and your matched resource — whatever it takes to ensure that you connect with the most helpful people for your needs. All of this will be a complimentary service of Community Hospital 100 and our Partners, in support of our mission of educating and connecting community hospital leadership.
To learn more and to find out how you and your hospital can get involved before October 2012, please contact Tim Bateman tbateman@lincolnhc.com
